KINGSTON, Jamaica — Minister of Health and Wellness, Dr Christopher Tufton says that 20 or 62.5 per cent of the 32 business process outsourcing (BPOs) entities now in operation have passed inspection.

Tufton, who was speaking at a digital press conference a short while ago, said the remaining institutions have been provided with work plans to improve their infection prevention and control measures.

The minister added that of the 96 BPOs in the country, all but one have been inspected, of which 59 were exempted and 28 deemed satisfactory in operations.
